Join wrrk as a Seasonal Customer Service Professional and support top brands by providing exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote, seasonal role with the opportunity to work across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do:
Provide customer support via phone, chat, email, SMS, and social tickets
Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate when necessary
Assist with account setup, product availability, and general inquiries
Track and close tickets with accuracy and professionalism
Share feedback to improve processes, products, and services
Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 + years of remote customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment
Open availability to support customers across all channels, including evenings and weekends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy
Empathetic, solution-focused, and calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and helpdesk tools
Location Requirement:
Your primary work location must be in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin
Equipment & Technical Requirements (must be met to qualify):
Computer / Operating System
- A Mac (macOS 12 Monterey or later) or a PC laptop/desktop with Windows 11 (or Windows 10, version 22H2 or later).
- Minimum 8 GB RAM (recommended 16 GB for multitasking and video calls).
- Minimum processor: Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (2.5 GHz or higher), or Apple M1/M2 chip equivalent.
- Not permitted: Chromebooks, tablets, or smartphones.
- High-speed, stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- A wired Ethernet connection is recommended for reliability; a strong Wi-Fi connection is acceptable if stable.
- A backup internet source (e.g., mobile hotspot) is required.
- Noise-canceling headset with a microphone.
- Webcam (built-in or external) capable of HD video for meetings.
